The Redoutable IPA
This is a light IPA, or a strong hoppy lager, depending on the taster's opinion.
Either way, this beer uses hops characteristic of the IPA style and is produced with the dry-hopping technique. It's particularly fresh and refreshing, which, in a nod to the triple, led us to call it "The Little Easy Blonde".
The Redoutable IPA is brewed using 1 single malt and 3 different Belgian origin hops:
Golding, Hallertau, and Magnum (bittering). Then, the dry-hopping is done with 3 American hops: Citra, Sincoe and Cascade
Alcohol content : 5,9%

APPEARANCE: Blonde/orange colour, cloudy and dense, contrasting with the clear white of the foam.
NOSE: The nose delivers an explosion of citrus and floral aromas, typical of the cold hopping technique.
PALATE: Its delicate and sustained bitterness is quickly balanced by beautiful notes of citrus and pine resin, which make it particularly refreshing.
