about La Redoutable
The Redoutableand The Redoutable IPA (The Little) are top fermentation beers. They are unfiltered and benefit from a second fermentation in the bottle.
Their labels show the exact route of the "La Redoute" hill (dotted line) and its difference in altitude.
Ideally, our beers are served in a glass on a stand dedicated to them. The bottom of this glass has a laser engraving which improves the foam retention. This engraving has the particularity of having the shape of the bicycle on the label.
